How to Measure
Chest: Measure around the fullest part of your chest, keeping the tape level and under your arms. Don't pull it too tight.
Waist: Measure around your natural waistline, roughly where you'd wear the waistband of your trousers.
Sleeve: Measure from the centre back of your neck, across the shoulder and down to your wrist.
Tip: For the best fit, measure over a light t-shirt rather than bare skin, and have someone help you if you can. Compare your measurements to the chart above — if you fall between two sizes, size up.
